    Conventional production processes for tungsten alloys include mixing, cold pressing and liquid phase sintering to the desired density. During the liquid phase sintering process, the matrix alloy is in a molten state, which helps the tungsten to be better dissolved in the liquid, and disperses large tungsten particles (20 to 60 microns) into the matrix alloy.
